Founded in 1945 in Bellignat in Ain by Albert Ecoiffier, Ecoiffier refocuses its activity on the manufacture of plastic toys when Jacques and Eliane, his children, joined him. After joining the Smoby Group for 14 years, the family business was acquired by Jacques Ecoiffier and his two daughters in 2008. They renamed it Toys Ecoiffier. Since then, the company has continued to grow and remains one of the last French toy manufacturers to ensure its entire production regionally using local suppliers. Today, Ecoiffier employs almost 350 people directly and indirectly.
