          بوتاجاز تكنوجاز العيون بتاعته مش بتصدي عشان مصنوعة من ستانلس اللي حيخليها تستحمل السخونية الجامدة، وكمان الفتحات اللي في غطيان العيون مش بتتسد وبتفضل على حالها النار مش حتلاقوها هديت أو اتكتمت. مفهوش مروحة الانتاج الجديد والحاجة الحديثة لازم تطوروها بقى، عشان المروحة دي حتخلي فيه فرق رهيب في الخبز والكيك والعيش الفينو والفطير. بحبة نظافة بُساط أو نقطتين مسحوق من عند أي محل منظفات حتلاقوه بيبرق، ومش أي بوتاجاز يبقى سهل تنظيفه كده، حتى الفرن سهل أوي بس لازم تنشفوا القزاز كويس. باب الفرن عاملينه بجلدة وحوامل ضعيفة ده بيخليه لو اتشد الباب جامد الباب يريح حبة، هوا مش حيتخلع بس حيسرب سخنية الفرن. نظام الأمان بتاعه بجد شغال الله ينور، فعلًا السنسور بتاعه حساس أوي ومش بيعطل ولا بيقفل على الفاضي والمليان ويزهقكم لحد ما تجيبوا الفني يلغيه خالص لأ ده بجد أول ما تطفى الشعلات يوقف تسريب الغاز، وبكده نضمن حماية لولادنا. جرس التايمر صوته مش عالي لما يخلص الوقت، لو في أوضة مقفولة مش حيتسمع، ودي حاجه تقلق أي ست بيت. طبعًا الاستانلس معروف أوي انه بيسخن المكان حواليه جامد أوي، وعشان كده لما تحطوه حطوه على رخام أو سيراميك عشان بيبرد بسرعة. البوتاجاز لونه أسود بعدد 4 شعلة وصناعة من الاستانلس، من أجمل الشركات اللي ممكن تتعامل مع زباينهم حلو أوي وتخدمهم بعد ما يشتروا، عندهم الصيانة كويسين وبيصحلوا أي عيوب، وقطع الغيار كلها موجودة من أول مفصلات باب الفرن لحد إبر الإشعال الذاتي، كمان حتشوفوا انهم بيردوا بسرعة وبيبعتوا فني يكشف ويحدد العيب ويقولكم ع التكلفة لو الضمان خلص أو لو جوا الضمان.
