About this product

Primperan is a medicine that relieves symptoms of nausea, vomiting, heartburn and a feeling of fullness.

Dosage and method of use:

• The usual adult dose is one tablet to be taken up to 3 times a day (do not take more than 3 tablets per day).
• For adults weighing less than 60 kg and for people with liver or kidney problems, the dose should be reduced.

Indications:

Primperan is used to treat the following conditions:

For adults:

• It is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.
• Prevent nausea caused by radiotherapy.
• To prevent nausea and vomiting caused by migraines, metoclopramide can be taken with oral analgesics to work effectively.

For children:

• Primperan 10 mg is used in children 1 to 18 years of age to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy if other medicines have not worked.
