About this product

• Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, used in diseases of the musculoskeletal system, joint diseases, and other painful conditions such as post-operative pain; It is analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory; it works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase 1 and 2.

Dosage and method of use:

• Two to three times a day.
• Do not lie down within 15-30 minutes after taking the medicine.

Dosage:

• For pain management: 8-16 mg per day, divided into 2-3 doses.
• For the treatment of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis: an initial daily dose of 12 mg, divided into 2 - 3 meals, and thereafter a maintenance dose of no more than 16 mg per day.
• In cases of impaired liver or kidney function: a daily dose of up to 12 mg per day, divided into three meals.

Indications:

• Osteoarthritis.
• Rheumatoid arthritis.
• Gouty arthritis.
• Spondylitis.
• Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
• Pain reliever of moderate severity and anti-inflammatory: myositis, ligamentitis, bursitis, pain and swelling after injuries and surgeries, inflammatory pain in general and menstrual pain and also antipyretic.
