Redeem Vouchers through the XMB on your PS3,
On the PS3 system XMB, go to the PlayStation Network. (Skip this step if you are already logged in.)
Highlight Account Management and press the X button.
Highlight [Redeem Codes] and press the X button.
Enter the code. The funds or item will be added to your account and games will appear in the Download List. Please note that the code is case sensitive. Be sure to enter the code exactly.
Redeem Vouchers through your PS4,
Open a Sony Network Entertainment account on PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
Select the PlayStation Store icon on the PS4 system home screen.
On PlayStation Store, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the menu.
Enter the code.
Once the code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on the dialog box.
Select 'Confirm' to accept the Trial Code Terms of Service.
Select 'Continue' to complete code redemption.
Please note that the code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.
Redeem Vouchers through the Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) website,
Go to http://www.SonyEntertainmentNetwork.com
Click "Manage Account" and sign in with your Sign-In ID (E-mail Address) and Password.
Click on "Redeem Prepaid Card".
Enter the code printed on the PlayStation Network Card and click "Continue".
If the code is valid, you will be presented with a description of what the code will deliver to your account. Press the "Redeem..." button to add the item or funds to your account.
