Dosage and method of use:

• The usual dose for adults: a dose of 5 mg is taken once a day every evening, or a dose of 2.5 mg is taken once a day every evening according to the doctor’s instructions and the psychological state.
• For those who suffer from kidney disease, the dose should be adjusted in case of slight renal impairment, a dose of 2.5 mg should be taken once daily, for those with moderate kidney disease, a dose of 2.5 mg should be taken twice a day, for those with severe kidney disease, a dose of 2.5 mg should be taken Twice a day and the treatment continues for a week, ie once every 3-4 days.
• Dosage for children from 6 months to 5 years of age: 1.25 mg orally once in the evening.
