Dosage and method of use:

• The usual dose is 10 mg in case of prophylaxis of duodenitis.
• The usual dose is 20 to 40 mg when treating a duodenal ulcer.
• The usual starting dose is 10 to 20 mg to treat heartburn and indigestion only once a day.
• The usual dose is from 20 to 40 mg in the case of treatment of erosion of the intestine for a full month, not less than this.
• It is best to take these capsules half an hour before eating.
• The dose must be adjusted if renal failure occurs.
