Large-breed puppies have particular nutritional needs: food biscuits must be adapted to the size of the dog and nutritional content must be adapted to the special needs of the first intensive phase of growth. It is therefore ideal for problem-free and gentle feeding of even sensitive puppies of all mid-sized breeds from the 4th week of life up to and including 5 months of age. After the first 6 to 8 months, this should ideally be gradually changed to the reduced-protein follow-on food Maxi Junior (Phase 2).
