Fokker +Fresh Meat is prepared using real fresh meat. The meat is only processed after it has passed all inspections and quality tests and is even suitable for human consumption. The fresh meat is kept cool and minced so that it looks like the well-known "Steak tartare". The loose meat is subsequently added to the production process of the chunks at a temperature of between 4 and 7 degrees Celsius.
