| * Feeding Guide: |
| From birth onwards: Your baby may need more or less than shown in the table below which is provided as |
| a general guide. Talk to your doctor if you have any queries. To prepare one feed: |

| - From birth: 3 scoops + 90ml Water = 6 feeds per day |
| - From 2 weeks: 4 scoops + 120ml Water = 6 feeds per day |

| - From 4 months: 7 scoops + 210ml Water = 4 feeds per day |

| - From 6 months to 12 months: 7 scoops + 210ml Water = 3 feeds per day |
| * Preparing your baby's feed: |
| 1. Wash hands and sterilise all utensils |
| 2. Boil freshly-run water. Leave to cool in kettle for 30 mins to approx. 40 degrees C. |
| 3. Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle. |
| Do not use repeatedly boiled water. |
| 4. Always use the scoop provided. Level off the powder with the back of a clean knife for accurate dosage. |
| Do not press extra powder into the scoop. |
| 5. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your baby. |
| 6. Cap the bottle and shake well (for 10 secs) to dissolve powder. Remove seal and replace with sterilised teat. |
| 7. Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37 degrees C). |
| * How to store: |
| - Store powder in a cool dry place. |
| - Do not refrigerate. |
| - Use powder within 4 weeks of opening. |
