CCTV/Standard/VLAN/Extend mode switch Tenda TEF1118P-16-150W includes a switch to select from four modes: CCTV/Standard/VLAN/Extend mode. CCTV mode : Port1 to Port8 support QoS, it is recommended to these ports Standard mode : In this mode it works as a classic switch, all ports have auto-negation, all ports communicate with each other, Port1 to Port16 speed 10/100 Mb/s, Port G1 speed 10/100/1000 Mb/s, Port SFP1 speed 100/1000 Mbs. VLAN mode : In this mode, VLANs are active on each PoE port, ie. each of the PoE ports communicates with only the two Uplink ports, not with the other PoE ports. Prevents large broadcasts and DHCP spoofing. Extend mode : The speed of PoE ports Port1 to Port8 is max. 10 Mb/s, auto-negation is active and the range to the terminal device is increased up to 250 m (it also depends on the terminal device, cabling, etc.).
