How To Use:Step 1:  stamp the corner of your eye by lightly placing the stamp on the outer corner of your eye to make a wing. You will get the Small tail for your eye line. Step 2:  Place the tip of your liner pen near the center of your upper lash line then gently draw a line that connects to the end of your original wing. Step 3:  Carefully fill in the gap between each line with the eyeliner pen. Retrace the line until the desired thickness is achieved. Warm Notes:

1. For a pen version of liquid eyeliner, ensure you always keep the lid on when you're not using it.
2. Just make sure you hear the 'CLICK' when closing both sides of each pen!
3. Store your Winged Eyeliner Stamp horizontally to ensure even ink flow to the stamp.
