• VIP Hotline - You will have direct access to a dedicated VIP hotline with agents standing by to help you in case you have any questions or difficulties with your device.

• VIP Repair - In case you need to repair your Galaxy, you will get fast track service, access to Samsung's priority counter and you can pre-book an appointment on the Samsung website to minimize waiting time.

• Pickup and Delivery - If you have any issues with your Galaxy, Samsung can pick it up for you, repair it and deliver it back to you once fixed.

• Backup Device - While you're having your Galaxy repaired, you can borrow one device from Samsung so that you are never without a device.

• Damage Protection - In case of Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH), you will be entitled to one ADH repair incident at a nominal fee of AED 200 valid within the first year of product purchase (only 1 time for AED 200).
