With a mix of whey protein, micellar casein, and egg white protein this is one delicious way to hit your daily protein requirements without the fuss of meal prep — it takes less than a minute to whip one up. Protein Mug Cake also has added inulin for a source of fibre , and comes in delicious flavours to help satisfy those sweet tooth cravings. 1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.  

Simply measure out 50g of dry mix (roughly 1 ¾ large scoops) into a mug and combine with one large scoop (70ml) of water. Mix this into a paste with a spoon and microwave on high for 40-50 seconds, the cake should rise past the top of the mug when cooked. Remove from the microwave and leave to cool for 30 seconds before devouring this tasty treat. If you want to make your cake even more luxurious, why not try adding in some chocolate chips, cacao nibs, dried fruit, nuts or seeds? High protein cooking has never been so easy!
