On the outskirts of Hyrule, a young rancher called Link departs from his idyllic home of Ordon Village on a journey to deliver an important gift to the royal family of Hyrule. However, Link’s quest is quickly side-tracked when monsters invade the woods and kidnap his friends. Link chases after them and stumbles into the Twilight Realm, a dark and mysterious world that curses Link upon arrival, transforming him into a wolf. With the help of a mischievous shadow spirit named Midna, Link learns that a sorcerer from the Twilight Realm named Zant has cast a perpetual twilight across Hyrule and that the gods have chosen Link as the hero who will save the land. Now Link and Midna must join forces to navigate the worlds of light and dark and obtain the powers necessary to drive away the darkness, rescue Link’s friends and reclaim Hyrule!
