"Got this for my nieces 2nd birthday. Before I go into the actual product review, I must say that this comes from Amazon FedExed and NOT wrappep or boxed in any way. Luckily it wasn't raining becaue this is a LARGE box!Keep this in mind if giving this as a gift. We considered picking this up at a store, but glad we didn't as it was just easier to have it delivered.When opened, the pieces are fairly large and few. This is actually fairly simple to put together. Considering how many parts come with other items of this nature, this had maybe 5 or 6 large parts. Barely had to look at the directions. It was very straightforward. Tip: Use a drill instead of a screwdriver because the screw holes are NOT predrilled and it will make your life much easier. The stickers went on and before you know it our two nieces were hanging out inside and enjoying every second of it. Again, this is not overly small yet its not too huge. Just right for two 2-4 year olds to play in."

I read all the reviews and was not sure this house was going to work out. I read how small and flimsy it was going to be. I have three children 10 months, 2, 4, and 6. I figured one of them would enjoy this house! Turns out it is a perfect house for the baby who will soon be one. She enjoys going in and ringing the door bell. The four year old also loves the house. It is definitely on the small side. My four year old loves it and does fit in the little seats but my 6 year old is already too big for it. It can fit two small kids inside. The table and chairs inside are very small. However, it easily fits in our playroom as well as a bedroom. I debated back and forth as to whether to buy this one or a bigger one. I am happy that I went with this small one.If you are looking for a small playhouse I think this one is a hit!
