The Indian Super Basmati gets its name from the aging process the grain goes through. Measuring 8.4mm in length, this rice is aged for a minimum of one year and upon cooking the aging process adds to the taste, aroma and gives it a non-sticky texture that indeed makes these fine grains live up to their name. Pearl white grain, smooth, extra long and extra fine. On cooking, the grains fluff up to more than twice the unique length and won't stick together or break.
