Measurement Method:
- Insert the battery before use.
- Swipe right to turn on the machine, turn the light of the thermal conductivity meter to the highest position and wait for the heating lamp to come on.
- Observe the inside temperature and the diamond weight and determine the corresponding number of lights.
- Start testing the diamond. The 9th light of the real diamond lights up.
Note:
1. The temperature cannot be measured accurately if the temperature is below 10 degrees or above 35 degrees
2. More accurate detection of the wind and dust free environment
3. Make sure that the surface temperature of the measurement object matches the inside temperature
4. The surface of the test specimen must be clean, oily and waxed. Semi-finished products affect the test.
5. Use the glass after calibration before each test.
6. The surface is cleaned up to ensure that the probe is fully in contact with the detected object at a 90 degree vertical
7. After the test, the hardness is 5.5 or 6 if it jumps between 5 and 6.
