Raw clay is used to make a thin clay slab of approximately 5 mm thickness and  then it is hand cut into discs with a diameter of 6 cm. The cut discs are then finished by hand to avoid any irregularities and  to assure a smooth and even surface. Then it is fired in a kiln in very high temperature for specific period of time to season it. The discs now move to the finishing table where a 0.9mm magnet is glued to the backside and the stickering is done on the front side. By using clay discs instead of using regular plastic, foam or acrylic discs we can stay close to nature and be eco friendly!
