Setup

• Set up of the Moda™ Cordfree Kettle is quick and easy
• Ensure that the removable scale filter is inserted into the spout of the kettle firmly
• Set the kettle base on a flat dry surface
• Set the kettle on the base and plug the base into a 110/120V wall outlet

Care & Use

• The kettle must only be used with the power base supplied.
• Use caution when pouring heated water from the kettle. The boiling water can scald.
• Do not operate the kettle when dry as damage may occur before the boil dry protection kicks in.
• Fill the kettle even with or higher then the minimum (‘MIN’) mark but no more then the maximum (‘MAX’) mark on the water window.
• Filling the kettle lower then the minimum mark will cause the kettle to kick in the boil dry protection and shut off the kettles operation.
• Filling the kettle over the maximum mark can cause water to boil out of the spout or around the lid, possibly reaching the base or causing a scalding hazard.
