The active USB 2.0 extension cable AXAGON ADR-220, 20 meters long, is ideal for connecting your computer to a USB device such as a mouse, keyboard, webcam, printer, scanner, plotter and others. The active USB repeater cable amplifies the passing signal and allows you to connect a USB device at a significantly greater distance than a passive cable allows. The range of the cable can be further extended by using several cables in a row. A big advantage of the ADR-220 cable is the integrated auxiliary power connector . In most cases, the USB bus power supply is sufficient, but for devices with higher consumption, the USB power supply may be insufficient at longer USB distances, and an additional mains power supply may solve the problem in these cases. The exceptionally compact body of the repeater cable allows trouble-free use in electrical mounting strips or cable systems. The use of a high-quality shielded cable guarantees high communication speed and minimal unwanted interference.
