Getting started

The Wireless Display Adapter works with Windows 8.1 or Android 4.2.1 or later operating systems and with Miracast-enabled devices. For help setting up your devices, installing the Wireless Display Adapter app, and pairing devices with the adapter, visit the Display Adapter how-to page.

Compatibility

The Wireless Display Adapter is Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) certified and works with all Miracast-enabled Windows 8.1 devices and Miracast-enabled Android devices 4.2.1 and later.

System Requirements / Computer/Operating System

All Miracast enabled Windows 8.1 tablets/laptops/phones and Android devices with 4.2.1 and later. Internet access not required for use. Miracast enabled Android devices 4.2.1 and later. Full functionality not available with non HDCP devices. If a device was originally pre-installed with a prior version of Windows (Windows 8, Win7, Vista or XP), please contact the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) to confirm if it is Miracast enabled.
