Instructions for Use

We recommend wearing the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt for at least three hours per day and to occasionally unfasten it so that your body does not become too dependent on the support.

The KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt can be worn either over or under light clothing.However you will experience the best effects when wearing it directly on the skin. The ribbed part of the Kosmodisk should always be turned towards the body.

The lumbar Kosmodisk can be easily removed from the back belt and applied on the elastic straps within a minute with four unique clips (sliders). This combination is more suitable while resting or sleeping.

After using it for a longer period you can wash the lumbar Kosmodisk with warm water and a brush. Use a biodegradable soap which does not irritate the skin. Do not attempt to wash your lumbar Kosmodisk in your washing machine. The belt is machine washable at 40°C.  Do not wash it at higher temperatures, because you can damage it. DO NOT iron the belt!
