Dosage and method of use:

• The usual dose of this drug for adults is taken orally, 200 mg per day is taken with a glass of water, then the dose is reduced to 100 mg, but when infection occurs, the appropriate dose of this drug is taken 200 mg every day and the treatment period is three weeks. The appropriate dose for children is taken according to the weight and age of the child, and a small dose of this medicine is given

Indications:

•  Infections of the chest, lung, or nose, such as bronchitis, pneumonia and sinusitis
•  Kidney and bladder infections such as cystitis,
• Urethritis
•  Skin infections such as acne
•  eye infections
•  Sexually transmitted diseases, such as gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia
•  Rickettsial infections such as Q fever or fever associated with lice and tick bites
•  Malaria, when chloroquine is ineffective
•  Other infections such as cholera, brucellosis, leptospirosis and psittacosis
