About this product

• Tamsulosin, an alpha blocker, dilates blood vessels and arteries, where blood can easily pass through.
• It relaxes the smooth muscles of the bladder and prostate, facilitating the process of urination.

Dosage and method of use:

• Benign prostatic hyperplasia: 0.4 mg orally once daily, 30 minutes after the same meal each day.
• If the response is inadequate after 2-4 weeks, the dose may be increased to 0.8 mg once daily, after contacting a physician.
• Bladder outlet obstruction: 0.4 mg orally once daily.
• Ureteral stones: 0.4 mg orally once daily.

Indications:

• It is used to treat symptoms and signs of benign prostatic hyperplasia, as it relaxes the prostate muscles.
• Reducing symptoms of bladder obstruction.
• Facilitate the expulsion of ureteral stones.
• It is not used to treat prostate cancer.
