Non-permanent Tattoo Application Instructions: 1. Skin should be clean, dry and free of oils and makeup. 2. Remove the transparent layer. 3. Press the tattoo firmly onto your skin with the design facing down. 4. Press a wet cloth against the back of the tattoo. Hold it down and make sure to wet it thoroughly with warm water. 5. Wait 30 seconds then peel o_ the back layer carefully. Caution: To remove Tattoo use cold cream, baby oil or the sticky side of adhesive tape.
