| * FEEDING TABLE: |
| Based on Average Requirements. Follow recommended proportions below unless your doctor suggests otherwise. |
| Infants over the age of six months require supplemental foods in addition to formula. One scoop = 8.6 grams. |
| Mix 1 scoop of S-26 AR to 60 ml of water. Prepare S-26 AR just before infant is to be fed. If preparing more |
| than one feed, refrigerate and use within 12-24 hours. Discard unfinished feeds. |

| * PREPARING S-26 AR: |
| Failure to follow instructions may make your baby ill. |
| 1- Wash hands and all feeding utensils well. |
| 2- Boil all items for 5 minutes. Cap clean bottles until used. |
| 3- Boil fresh water for 5 minutes. Do not over boil water. When water is completely cooled (20-25 degrees C), |
| pour correct amount into bottle. |
| 4- Using scoop provided, measure correct amount of powder. Level each scoop with the back of a clean, dry knife. |
| Add powder to water. Do not make feeds stronger or weaker by adding extra powder or water. |
| 5- Cap bottle, shake well, attach nipple and test temperature by shaking a few drops onto inside of wrist. |
| Milk should be lukewarm. |
