In a chutney:
2 mangoes, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve with meals
Healthy mango sorbet:
2 mangos, cubed and frozen
splash of coconut milk
Process the mango and coconut in food processor. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer
