4 eggs
1/3 cup of your choice of milk
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of vanilla
Honey to taste
1/8 tsp. salt
Blend all ingredients together
In oiled and hot skillet pour about a 1/4 cup of the batter
Wait for 2-3 minutes or until it bubbles at the edges, flip and repeat
Serve with honey and fresh fruits
