Non-permanent TattooApplication Instructions:1. Skin should be clean, dry and free of oils and makeup.2. Remove the transparent layer.3. Press the tattoo firmly onto your skin with the designfacing down.4. Press a wet cloth against the back of the tattoo. Hold itdown and make sure to wet it thoroughly with warm water.5. Wait 30 seconds then peel o_ the back layer carefully.Caution:To remove Tattoo use cold cream, baby oilor the sticky side of adhesive tape.
