Cidocetine is used to treat infections of the eye and surrounding parts such as the conjunctiva and cornea caused by bacteria

Dosage and method of use:

•  The usual dose for adults and children over two years of age: The dose is determined according to weight at a rate of 50 mg per kg divided into 4 doses per day, every 6 hours.
•  Dosage for newborns: The dose is determined according to weight at a rate of 25 mg per kg divided into 4 doses every 6 hours.
• The dose should be reduced to the normal rate after the effective concentration of the active substance in the blood is reached. For children with hypochondriasis, the dose should be reduced to 25 mg per kg per day.

Indications:

•  It is used to treat injuries to the eye and surrounding parts such as the conjunctiva and cornea caused by bacteria
•  Allergy to chloramphenicol.
•  Treating eye infections such as Staphylococcus aureus.
•  Treatment of typhoid fever and Albarativod.
•  Treatment of acute infection with salmonella.
•  Treatment of meningeal membrane infection caused by Haemophilus influenzae.
•  Rickettsial infection.
•  Treatment of infection with Gram-negative microorganisms and anaerobic microbes.
•  Treatment of infection below the diaphragm.
•  Treating microorganisms that are not sensitive to other antibiotics.
