Perhaps the most common brand of dry foods in Nepal, Wai-Wai is produced by Chaudharyâ€TM group under CG Foods (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal and India. Wai-Wai can be eaten straight from the package or cooked in soup form or can be boiled and stir fried like chowmein. Unlike ordinary noodles, Wai-Wai is pre-cooked, flavored, seasoned and fried before packaging. It comes in various seasoning flavors. A pack of Wai-Wai includes chili powder, masala (mixed spices) and onion oil which can be used to prepare the soup or stir fry. Wai-Wai is rich in carbohydrates, minerals and proteins.

Munch it! Open pack and add seasonings. Mix well and eat straight from the pack. Soup it! Put noodles and seasoning in bowl. Pour 1.5 cups of boiling water into bowl. Cover for 2 minutes. Enjoy noodles soup. Lunch it! Cook noodles in 1.5 cups of boiling water, add seasoning and your own garnishing. Have it Hot!
