3. On the waist it has a 360 degree rotatable ball, you can swivel it in 360 degree for different lighting purposes. Very useful!

4. On the foot it has a hole, you can fix it on a Light Stand to hold it.

5. Made of plastic which can prevent to scratching the flashlight and ballhead.

Suitable: For almost all standard flash units except Sony and Minolta flash.
