Stay on top of your health and fitness with the Jawbone UP MOVE Activity Tracker in black burst with an onyx clip. This unobtrusive device helps you keep track of your body with its activity tracking, sleep tracking, and Smart Coach functions, each of which take advantage of the UP MOVE's sensors to give you a better picture of your health.

The UP MOVE can be worn on your clothing by using the included clip, or around your wrist when paired with an optional wristband. The surface of the tracker has 14 LEDs, which tell the time as well as indicating your current status and goal progress. It can also connect to your Android or iOS smartphone via Bluetooth for advanced tracking and personalized tips. The UP MOVE is splash resistant, and its user-replaceable CR2032 battery lasts for up to six months.

Activity Tracking:

Your UP MOVE uses its built-in accelerometer to track your movement, steps, distance traveled, and active/idle time throughout the day. The free UP app then calculates calories burned based on your age, gender, height and weight, along with activity intensity and duration.

Smart Coach:

The UP MOVE's Smart Coach engine works together with the free UP app for iOS and Android to provide you with personalized health and fitness tips based on your activity, food intake, and more. It also helps you set and achieve goals.

Sleep Tracking:

Your UP MOVE can easily track hours slept and quality of sleep. Smart Coach learns your habits then gives you personalized suggestions to help you get to bed on time. Please note: sleep tracking works best when you wear your UP MOVE on your wrist with the optional band

Workout Mode:

Whether you're playing basketball, doing yoga, or hitting the gym, simply press and then press and hold the UP MOVE's button to start Workout Mode. This allows you to enter the activities you performed into the app so you get credit for your hard work.

Nutrition Tracking:

Using your smartphone's UP app, you can keep track of what you eat and drink for more detailed caloric data. You can use a photo, scan a barcode, or manually enter your meal to log your nutritional intake.

Compatibility:

The Jawbone UP MOVE is compatible with most iOS devices from the iPhone 4s and newer, as well as Android devices equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 that run Android 4.3 and up.
