Waterproof, highly pigmented, and smudge-proof, the Aqua collection of long-lasting lip and eye colors was created for the Parisian Aquatic Ballet. Eye Pencil can be used to create a line as fine as an eyeliner and will intensify any look. Pro tip: to ‘open up’ the eyes, draw a thin line along the lash line and flick it up slightly at the corner of the eye. Smudge the color with a brush to soften the effect.
