How to use:Put the GoPro camera into either Frame*, Skeleton Housing* or Waterproof Housing* and connect the buckle with the thumbscrew (NOT INCLUDED). Put the buckle onto the quick remove mount of the suction cup. Make sure the buckle connecting quick remove mount securely. Adjust the nylon strap to hold securely on your head. Don't make it too tight as it is not comfortable.
