is designed to be used with the M3 Wireless In-Ear Monitoring System. Talent can create their own personal monitoring mixes using the intuitive controls on the M3R.

There is a 1/8" (3.5mm) mini output for the headphones (not included) and the M3R is powered on just 2 AA batteries. There are 1321 selectable frequencies, and up to 16 systems can operate simultaneously on each band.
